Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients: 1 small shallot (rough chop) 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1cup olive oil pinch salt & ground pepper Put all ingredients except olive oil in blender.  Blend on low for 15 seconds then increase to high.  Remove center lid and slowly pour in olive oil in small stream until completely blended.
